Hi everyone!😄
In honour of my school’s semi-formal happening tonight, I have decided to centre this week’s Top Ten Thursday post around books with lots of action and/or drama- I’m sure there will be a lot of those tonight. So, without further ado, let’s party!🎊
1.
Carve the Mark was full of action, although a bit too much for my liking, but it was fine since I enjoyed the rest of the elements of the book.☺️
2.
For a contemporary book, This Adventure Ends did boast quite a bit of action and drama! In this case, it didn’t really work out for me, but I can still totally see how it could for others.😄
3.
Ooh, such spicy drama in this one! It’s not out yet, but I’d totally recommend that you pick it up once it releases on March 28th!
4.
Winning is basically the queen of all high school drama books, with a feud going on between many girls wanting to be homecoming queen. Though I didn’t really enjoy there being 4 or 5 POVs, those who prefer that will be on the very edge of their seats while reading this book!
5.
The first book of the Maze Runner series was full of action and fast-moving events, but just to warn you all, it all went downhill in the next two books.😟
6.
Nerve will have you sitting on the edge of your seat for sure! I don’t read many thrillers and this one was only okay for me, but just to tell you, its action was captivating!
7.
Ahhh, this was such an amazing series!❤️ I actually really enjoyed the action in this book- it was absolutely relevant to the story and JUST. SO. COOL.
8.
Okay, I have to admit, Rebel Belle and its two sequels were all kind of strange. The action and drama in them were still quite entertaining, though.☺️
9.
Ah, how could I forget my dear friend The Selection? I LOOOOVVVVEEEEDDDD the drama in this one, and Maxon made me swoon!💞
10.
Last but not least, Follow Me Back was full of super juicy drama and a mystery that kept me guessing. Once it comes out in June, look out for my bubbly review that will force you to want to go right to your bookstore and read this beauty!❤️
So tell me, have you read any of these books? Opinions? What books did you think involved a lot of drama and action? Do you have any recommendations for future Top ten Thursday posts (I’m running out of ideas!😟) ? Let me know in the comments below.
Au revoir!💜
I have that book Follow Me Back.. I’m glad that you loved it.. I might decide to read it soon. I also like your honesty about The Maze Runner and its two remaining books in the series.. haha.. I have yet to read it and actually, I haven’t read any of these books on your list! haha..
